The Stanford Who’s Who Network Welcomes Neil Sanderson BRISBANE, QLD, AUSTRALIA,   December 27, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who [1]/ — An accomplished occupational health and safety executive in the scientific and industrial research field with over two decades of diverse professional experience in various industries, Neil Sanderson [2] has routinely exhibited the passion, vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be mentioned among the elite. As a result of his brilliant body of work, Mr. Sanderson has earned recognition in the distinguished network of leading professionals with Stanford Who’s Who. Exercising his extensive expertise in the field as well as his magnificent management skills, Neil currently serves as an Occupational Health and Safety Manager in Queensland and Northern Territory with the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), which is Australia’s national science agency. CSIRO is one of the largest research agencies in the world with a diverse range of activities in the food, health and life science industries; energy; environment; information and communications; and manufacturing, materials and minerals. In his position with CSIRO, Mr. Sanderson is responsible for managing a group of Health Safety Security Environment professionals while developing and implementing a regional HSSE business plan each year. He also serves as a member of the agency’s Occupational Health Safety and Environment Senior Leadership Team. In addition, Neil is charged with the responsibility of leading the safety standards for all of the CSIRO operated sites in Queensland and the Northern Territory. Prior to joining the CSIRO team in September of 2010, Mr. Sanderson spent over six years with the National Systems Contractors Association, where he served in the role of Principal Consultant of Training and Development. He also spent over two years working for the Royal Australian Air Force as a Group Manager of Occupational Health Safety and Environment. On top of the substantial amount of expertise he has gained through his vast professional experience, Neil is a highly educated individual who earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern Queensland, Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from the University of New England, Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from the Queensland University of Technology, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainability Science from the University of Southern Queensland.
