The International Association of Healthcare Professionals has carefully selected Leonid Alex Pugach, MD, to represent orthopedic surgery in their publication, The Leading Physicians of the World. Dr. Pugach’s selection is a significant representation of his passion and dedication for the field of orthopedic surgery.  He is considered to be among the best among his many years in practice. Dr. Pugach works with Vatche Cabayan Medical Group, located in Richmond, California.  An orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Pugach specializes in total joint replacement and arthroscopic surgery.  He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the California Orthopaedic Association.
