Carl Icahn Denied in Bid To Upend Dell Buyout Vote
Activist investor Carl Icahn can?t seem to get a break from the Delaware Chancery Court. A judge in that court turned away Icahn?s petition, which asked the court to intervene and stop the Dell buyout vote scheduled for September 12th. That means that the vote, complete with its revised rules, will go on as scheduled, according to The Wall Street Journal.
