Brains, bones and muscles are “use it or lose it” body parts. Aging brains lose memory, but you can build new brain neurons into old age through mental activity. Bone density decreases with age, but gravity-based exercises can prevent bone loss as we age. Muscle deterioration is so severe that 18 million American’s suffer from an inactivity disease called Sarcopenia, preventable through exercise.
