A U.S. Senate Banking Committee aide told Reuters Tuesday three of President Barack Obama’s nominees to serve on the U.S. Federal Reserve Board will likely appear before committee during the last week of February. The nominees are former Bank of Israel Governor Stanley Fischer, Fed nominee Lael Brainard and Fed Governor Jerome Powell, who was renominated by Obama.
