A New York City couple arrested on low-level cocaine possession charges amid the investigation into Philip Seymour Hoffman’s death have been released. Juliana Luchkiw was released Thursday without bail and Max Rosenblum on $35,000 bond. Their lawyers say they had nothing to do with Hoffman’s death Sunday in a suspected heroin overdose. Their apartment is one of two police searched Tuesday in a Manhattan building. Two law enforcement officials say a tipster said he believed Hoffman got heroin at the building.
