House Majority Leader Eric Cantor sent GOP lawmakers Friday a memo outlining the June agenda for the “summer stretch into the swampy heat of Washington, D.C.” in the U.S. On tap: a trio of bills to make permanent tax breaks for businesses, energy legislation, three annual spending bills to fund the Pentagon and other agencies, and a bill to fund the account that pays for highways by ending Saturday mail delivery. The Senate announced Friday a bipartisan deal that is should get a vote in early June.
