Passengers are relieved that Philadelphia-area commuter trains are back on track before the Monday morning rush hour. About 400 workers had walked off the job Saturday. They’ve been working without a labor agreement for several years. Employees ended a one-day strike early Sunday after President Barack Obama intervened. Obama created an emergency board to mediate the contract dispute between the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority and two of its unions.
