Toronto Mayor Rob Ford will return to work in late June after completing a two-month stint in rehab. According to a letter addressed to Toronto city clerk Ulli Watkiss, which was signed by Ford, the mayor said “I will be returning to City Hall on Monday, June 30th 2014, in the later portion of the afternoon, to resume my duties as Mayor of Toronto.” In the letter, dated June 2, Ford asks Watkiss to change back his office locks “to their state prior to my departure” for his anticipated arrival at 1 p.m. ET. The locks were reportedly changed when Ford left for rehab in early May.
