The iPod touch just got a bit cheaper. Without any fanfare, Apple just updated the iPod touch line with a new 16GB model and lower prices for the 32GB and 64GB flavors. Now, the cheapest option, the 16GB model, sports all the goodies previously only found on the higher priced options. Before this update, the 16GB iPod touch cost $229, lacked a rear camera and the loop wrist strap, and only came in mundane space grey. But no more.
