The U.S. Supreme Court has up held a decision where by closely-held companies can deny the ACA coverage mandate for some contraceptives because of their founding family’s religious beliefs. Hobby Lobby and Conestoga both refused to provide employee converge for four of the 20 contraceptive methods approved by the FDA, specifically those that prevent uterine implantation of a fertilized egg.
