Accused Father Sexted While Son Died In Hot Car, Police Say
A judge on Thursday denied bail for a Georgia man charged in a hot card death of his 22-month old son. The judge also found probable cause for charging Justin Ross Harris with child cruelty and felony murder. Harris has pled not guilty to all charges and awaits a decision from a grand jury on the murder indictment. His son Cooper died in the backseat of a hot car on June 18, 2014 in Marietta, Georgia.
