Research Analysts’ upgrades for Thursday, July 24th:

Bancolombia SA (NYSE:CIB) was upgraded by analysts at Goldman Sachs from a neutral rating to a buy rating.

Covanta Holding Corp (NYSE:CVA) was upgraded by analysts at Imperial Capital to an outperform rating.

Health Net (NYSE:HNT) was upgraded by analysts at Jefferies Group from an underperform rating to a buy rating. They currently have $59.00 target price on the stock, up from their previous target price of $33.00. The analysts wrote, “We are upgrading HNT to Buy (from Underperform) with a view that margins on new growth will be better than expected on the heels of appropriate rates, fixed cost leverage on growing revenue and upside from a significant G&A outsourcing initiative. We are increasing our 2015/2016 ests to $3.10/$3.80 from $2.92/$3.23, and will update our above consensus 2016 ests for the G&A outsourcing initiative when more details are announced.HNT is the best performing MCO YTD (+46%), but the risk/reward is attractive. HNT trades at 13.5x 2015 consensus estimates, and applying that multiple to our new ‘base case’ estimate (which includes a modest contribution from the outsourcing) implies a $59 stock price, or 36% upside potential. Meanwhile, our bull case scenario could justify a $77 valuation or 78% upside potential.”

Healthways (NASDAQ:HWAY) was upgraded by analysts at Dougherty & Co from a neutral rating to a buy rating.

Inovio Pharmaceuticals (NYSE:INO) was upgraded by analysts at Aegis from a hold rating to a buy rating. The firm currently has $19.00 target price on the stock, up from their previous target price of $10.00.

Texas Instruments (NYSE:TXN) was upgraded by analysts at Tigress Financial from an underperform rating to a neutral rating.

Unisys (NYSE:UIS) was upgraded by analysts at Zacks from an underperform rating to a neutral rating. The firm currently has $21.00 price target on the stock. Zacks’ analyst wrote, “We are changing our long-term recommendation for Unisys from Underperform to Neutral as we expect the stock to perform in line with the broader market. Unisys reported lackluster second-quarter 2014 results with a year-over-year decrease in both revenues and earnings. Stiff competition, foreign currency exposure, and continued pension obligations could drag down its profitability in the coming quarters as well. However, the company is encouraged by the sequential improvement in its performance, and is restructuring its business to improve profitability. Within the Technology segment, Unisys expects strength in ClearPath sales as well as increased market traction in its Stealth cybersecurity and Forward! server products to boost earnings, going forward.”

Unisys (NYSE:UIS) was upgraded by analysts at Susquehanna from a neutral rating to a positive rating. The firm currently has $32.00 target price on the stock.

VimpelCom Ltd (NYSE:VIP) was upgraded by analysts at Bank of America from a neutral rating to a buy rating. Bank of America currently has $10.50 price target on the stock.
