Shaun Hilditch is an experienced marketing, sales, and customer services leader, with over 17 years of experience in supporting and commercializing products and services. Mr. Hilditch previously spent more than a decade at SOFTRAX in documentation, product management, and customer management capacities before moving onto new challenges in 2011.

Over the years, he has led and successfully transformed documentation and training initiatives, product management, marketing, and sales operations efforts at a variety of companies – most recently for Beacon Partners, a large healthcare consulting firm located in Weymouth, Massachusetts.
