According to Eater DC , Momofuku put out an official statement today that reveals that the upcoming restaurant will serve “some of our favorite dishes from across our menus in New York, Sydney, and Toronto .” Chang revealed yesterday that his famous pork buns will also be on the menu and that his pastry chef Christina Tosi will also be opening a Momofuku Milk Bar in D.C., which means Cereal Milk for all! The 4,500-square-foot restaurant is slated to open in 2015 in D.C.’s CityCenter development.
