This Sunday, Brie Bella will face off against Stephanie McMahon in SummerSlam in what is certain to be the Divas match heard around the world! So how are the ladies getting ready for their huge match? Brie says “I’ve been doing more of a CrossFit workout just because I haven’t been in the ring for two months. So for me it’s like doing heavy weights, sprinting, then coming back to do more weights is how you condition your body and your nerves.” On the other side of the ring, Stephanie says “I’ve been working with our strength and conditioning coach who has really amped up my training, and I’m just doing everything I can with fitness and diet.”
