Toshiba is introducing two new Chromebook 2 laptops with sleek new designs and equally svelte price tags at IFA 2014. A big part of the growing appeal for these devices is the low cost accompanied by an impressive design and specs. Take the Chromebook 2. The company is shipping two models, both of which feature 13-inch displays in a 12-inch chassis, making them more portable. The standard model features a 1,280 x 720 HD display while the premium model has a full HD 1080p display and an IPS panel. Toshiba is also offering battery life of 11.5 hours on the entry level model, with 9 hours on the full HD model.
