Bank of America Corp (NYSE: BAC) will hire Adrian Mee from Nomura Holdings Inc as the company’s new head of international mergers and acquisitions, according to a report from Bloomberg, citing a person familiar with the matter
Mr. Mee, who previously ran European M&A activity at Lehman Brothers, most recently held the same position at Nomura in London.
The position of international M&A head was previously held by Carlo Calabria.
