ENCINO, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–California United Bank (OTCBB:CUNB) today announced the addition of David Peskin as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking.

Mr. Peskin will be based in the West Los Angeles office and assist in continuing to provide quality service to our existing clientele while fostering new relationships throughout the region.
Mr. Peskin is the latest in a series of recent additions to support the Bank’s expansions into the Santa Monica and San Gabriel Valley markets. In 2009, the Bank added regional managers to its Encino office and newly formed South Bay Commercial Center.
Mr. Peskin joins California United Bank from First Regional Bank in Los Angeles, where he was Senior Vice President from 2002 to 2010. From 1993 to 2002, he was Vice President, and later Senior Vice President, for both Western Bancorp and U.S. Bank in Santa Monica. From 1989 to 1993, he served as Vice President of Bank of Industry, which was acquired by Comerica Bank, in Encino.
