Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) Hires Four New International Banking Executives from Citigroup (NYSE: C), JP Morgan Chase (NYSE: JPM), Royal Bank of Scotland (LLON: RBS) and Others

Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) has hired four new executives in its global banking business, including three new hires in Asia, as part of its ongoing push into the international banking business.

Percy Batliwalla will join the company in May as head of financial institutions treasury sales in Asia Pacific and will be based in Singapore. Batliwalla was hired from competitor JPMorgan Chase & Co (NYSE: JPM).

Charles Alexander, will be joining Bank of America from Standard Chartered in Hong Kong and will start in June as the new head of Asia Pacific corporate banking coverage.

Tim Fleming will take over as head of Asia Pacific corporate treasury sales beginning in May and will located out of based in Hong Kong. Fleming is a former Citigroup Inc (NYSE: C) executive.

Bank of America has also hired Denise Menelly as the company’s new chief operating officer for global treasury sales, reporting to Dub Newman, head of global treasury sales. Menelly previously worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group (LLON: RBS), where she previously worked as Citizens Bank’s Americas chief operating officer.
