Lending Company, a firm which offers a peer to peer lending marketplace, is offering investors a cash bonus for any new money invested with Lending Club by may 26th.
Lending Club will provide the following tiered bonus to investors that put in new money:
- deposit $2,500-24,999, Lending Club will pay you a 1% bonus on these funds, or
- deposit $25,000-74,999, Lending Club will pay you a 1.5% bonus on these funds, or
- deposit $75,000 or more, Lending Club will pay you a 2% bonus on these funds
According to Lending Club’s statement, “This bonus will be locked and only available for investing until all of the newly loaded funds are invested on the platform, at which point the bonus will available for withdrawal by you. Funds must be deposited by May 26, 2010 and fully invested by June 30, 2010 to unlock the bonus for withdrawal.”
The program is currently invite only and most of Lending Club’s existing investor base should have gotten the email. If you didn’t get the email, contact Lending Club’s investor services and ask if you can participate.
