“We recognize that homeowners in Nevada have been faced with some of the most extreme economic conditions that require further special efforts on our part,” said Rebecca Mairone, National Servicing executive for Bank of America Home Loans, in a statement.
Customers that pay a visit to one of Bank of America Corp (NYSE: BAC)’s resource centers can have face to face session with a homeownership retention specialist. The company said that each homeowner needing help will meet with the same specialist to improve its continuity.
