Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) Raises Price Target on Intuit (NASDAQ: INTU)

Equities research analysts at Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) raised their price target on shares of Intuit (NASDAQ: INTU) to $51.00 saying that small business demand is growing. The analysts reiterated an overweight rating in a research note to investors on Friday.

Intuit Inc. is a provider of business and financial management solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, consumers, accounting professionals and financial institutions. Its products and services, including QuickBooks, Quicken and TurboTax, simplify small business management and payroll processing, personal finance, and tax preparation and filing. ProSeries and Lacerte are Intuit’s tax preparation offerings for professional accountants. Its Intuit Financial Services business provides online banking solutions and services to banks and credit unions that help them make it easier for consumers and businesses to manage their money. It organizes its portfolio of businesses into four categories: Small Business Group, Tax, Financial Services and Other Businesses. These categories include seven segments: financial management solutions, employee management solutions, payment solutions, consumer tax, accounting professionals, financial services and other businesses.

Shares of INTU traded up 2.05% during mid-day trading on Friday, hitting $44.73.
