Bank of America to Hold Consumer Conference on March 10th and 11th (NYSE: BAC)

Bank of America Merrill Lynch (NYSE: BAC) will be holding its annual Consumer Conference on March 10th and 11th.

The event will take place in New York City at the Palace Hotel. A number of companies have made statements indicating that they will be participating in the conference, including Hanesbrands Inc, Iconix,  The Cheesecake Factory, Mead Johnson and Warnaco.

Hanesbrands Inc stated that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer E. Lee Wyatt will make a presentation at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2010 Consumer Conference in New York on Wednesday, March 10, 2010. Hanesbrands’ presentation will be webcast live via the Internet from 4:20 to 5 p.m. The live presentation, and an archived file after the presentation, may be accessed in the investors section of the Hanesbrands corporate Web site, www.hanesbrands.com.

Iconix Brand Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICON) will also be providing a presentation at the 2010 Consumer Conference. Iconix is scheduled to deliver their presentation at 3:30pm (EST) on March 10, 2010. A webcast of the presentation will be made available through the company’s website.

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (NASDAQ: CAKE) will present at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Consumer Conference in New York City on March 11, 2010 at 8:50 a.m. Eastern Time. David Overton, Chairman and CEO, and W. Douglas Benn, Executive Vice President and CFO, will present on behalf of the Company. The presentation will be webcast on the Company’s website at thecheesecakefactory.com and can be accessed by clicking on the “Investors” link from the home page and the conference webcast link at the top of the page. Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (NYSE: MJN) ill present at the 2010 Bank of America/Merrill Lynch Consumer Conference in New York on Wednesday, March 10, 2010. The presentation by Peter G. Leemputte, senior vice president and CFO, will begin at approximately 10:55 a.m. EST and will be webcast live on the Internet. The company said that Leemputte’s remarks will include an affirmation of its previously announced full-year 2010 earnings guidance of $2.30 to $2.40 per diluted share (Non-GAAP) or $2.07 to $2.17 per share (GAAP).

Finally, The Warnaco Group, Inc. (NYSE: WRC) will present at the Bank of America – Merrill Lynch Consumer Conference on Wednesday, March 10, 2010. Warnaco’s presentation will begin at approximately 10:05am EST. The presentation will be webcast and may be accessed via the investor relations page of Warnaco’s website at www.warnaco.com.
