Bank Of America (NYSE: BAC) Taps Noski As New CFO

Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) announced Wednesday it has named Charles H. Noski as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective May 11.

Noski, 57, was most recently the CFO and corporate vice president of aerospace company Northrop Grumman Corp.  Prior to working with Northrop Grumman, Noski spent time as CFO and chairman of the board at AT&T Corp.

“Chuck brings business leadership, financial acumen, and a global perspective after years of experience with some of the world’s most successful brand-name companies across multiple industries,” said Bank of America President and Chief Executive Officer Brian Moynihan.”

Noski will be responsible for overseeing Bank of America’s finance functions, along with corporate treasury, investor relations, corporate investments and global principal investments.

“I am honored and excited to be joining Bank of America,” said Noski. “Over the years I have watched Bank of America grow into one of the world’s leading financial services companies, and I look forward to working with the management team to build on all that has been accomplished.”

Additionally, Bank of America announced Glenn Engel has joined the firm as a senior U.S. airlines analyst.

Engel spent the past three years as a industrials analyst at Maverick Capital.  Prior to that Engel worked in the research department at Goldman Sachs for 22 years.
