Exxon Mobil (NYSE: XOM) Declares Quarterly Dividend

Exxon Mobil Corp’s (NYSE: XOM) Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.44 per share of common stock payable on September 10th, 2010 to shareholders of record on August 13th, 2010.

The Board of Directors of Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE:XOM) today declared a cash dividend of 44 cents per share on the Common Stock, payable on September 10, 2010 to shareholders of record of Common Stock at the close of business on August 13, 2010.

This third quarter dividend is at the same level as the dividend paid in the second quarter of 2010.

Through its dividends, the corporation has shared its success with its shareholders for more than 100 years and has increased its annual dividend payment to shareholders for 28 consecutive years.

Exxon Mobil Corporation (Exxon Mobil) is a manufacturer and marketer of commodity petrochemicals, including olefins, aromatics, polyethylene and polypropylene plastics and a range of specialty products. It also has interests in electric power generation facilities. The Company has several divisions and hundreds of affiliates with names that include ExxonMobil, Exxon, Esso or Mobil.
